How does it work?
* YourManifest.com merchandise returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
* All returns require the original sales receipt.
* Merchandise must be in new, unused, restock able condition, including all original parts and packaging.
* If returned via mail, all return shipments are sent at the customer’s expense via insured delivery service.
* Returns will be credited in the original form of payment.
How to Exchange an Item via Mail
To exchange an item via mail, you must first contact our Customer Service Center by using our contact form within 14 days of delivery to discuss your exchange.
How to Return an Item via Mail
To return an item via insured carrier, send your insured package within 14 days of delivery containing the original sales receipt or copy, and the merchandise in new, unused, restock able condition, including all original parts and packaging.

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. But you may simply return the order according to our 14-day money back return policy.
